Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman has been injured in car accident in Mississippi and is currently being treated at a hospital in Memphis. The accident took place at around 11:30 p.m Sunday night (August 3rd) in Tallahatchie County Mississippi, while Freeman was driving eastbound on Highway 32 near the town of Ruleville, Miss.. His car left the road and flipped several times reporters said. Freeman and a female passenger had to be removed from the vehicle and airlifted to a hospital in Memphis, Tenn..
